Thrills and spills at motor cross series

03 Sep, 2010 06:30 PM
Round three of the Northern Inland Motor Cross Series was held at Narrabri on Sunday and three local Walcha boys took part.

There were over 230 riders there on Sunday and the track was great but there were a few riders who hit the ground as the competition was fast and good.

Cody Wood-ward finished the day off with one crash and fourth place in both his classes – the senior 65cc and junior 85cc.

James Tisdell finished the day off with a crash but not before he placed second in the senior 85cc class. Mathew Tisdell showed the older boys up and stayed on the bike all day, finishing fourth in his class.

The next round of the series will be held at Dunedoo – good luck to the boys and hopefully Meagan will have her bike back together so she can take part.
