Colts bowlers managed three wickets also with Blomfield, Sherrin and Gemmell all successful. Both teams played with nine which gave the batsmen a bit more room in their shot selections.
In the other game at the Park Kentucky rounded up Rugby League with a couple of overs up their sleeve.
League were in all sorts of trouble at 6/37 before Ben Cross and George Lyon added some respectability to the score when they put on 44 runs for the seventh wicket both players making 22 not out.

The visitors weren’t tracking all that well at 4/48 in the 13th over but they soon got a wiggle on with Gibson leading the way belting two 4s and two 6s on his way to an unbeaten 21. Number seven Dave Woodley chipped in with 13 while openers Micallef and Bob Jex both made 8 runs each.
