Just before 8.30pm on Sunday 21 December 2014, police conducting random breath testing on Commercial Lane, Walcha, when the off-duty senior constable’s vehicle was stopped.
She was subjected to a roadside test which proved positive, before allegedly returning a blood-analysis sample of 0.062.
The officer, attached to the Western Region, was issued with a court attendance notice for driving with low-range prescribed concentration of alcohol (PCA).
The matter was heard in Walcha Local Court on Tuesday, February 17, 2015. It has been set down for sentencing in the same court on Tuesday, April 21, 2015.
