The champions were selected by the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW for their commitment and long service to show life, and will be recognised in a parade on March 31.
In its fourth year, the Parade of Champions is a chance to honour those who make the show the success it is today.
Mrs Lisle has been making preserves for the Central District for more than 21 years, as part of the iconic District Exhibits Competition.
Throughout this time, Mrs Lisle has been part of a successful team of people who all strive for excellence and has seen success through drought and good seasons.
For Mrs Lisle, meeting the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge at the 2014 show was a true honour and one of her fondest show memories.
Royal Agricultural Society of NSW president Robert Ryan said Mrs Lisle epitomises everything the show is about: a celebration of our country’s people, practices and produce.
“The Parade of Champions honours those who go beyond winning the ribbons and trophies. Some have been part of the show community for a large part of their lives, and between all of them, have clocked up hundreds of shows in Sydney,” Mr Ryan said.
“The show would not be the world class event it is today without the dedication and tireless commitment from our exhibitors who are represented by the 2015 crop of champions,” Mr Ryan said.
This year’s show will see more than 30,000 entrants compete across 40 competitions and over 5,000 competition classes from livestock, domestic animals, arts and woodchopping.
“This year, we encourage you to put on your favourite hat, get behind your region and your champion and join us at the Show from March 26 to April 8,” Mr Ryan said.
