Walcha Central School celebrated Book Week with two weeks of celebrations around the theme Australia: Story Country. The popular Book Character Parade was held last Thursday and students also participated in a Book Week writing competition “What’s Your Story”, in which all year groups participated. A readathon was also held to raise school funds.
