A host of riders from Zone 13 are at the Pony Club NSW Championships in Tamworth this week and have already earned a number of ribbons.
Walcha Central School’s Shae Partridge, aboard Jadon Gizzelle finished as reserve champion 15 and under 17 years in the show riding pointscore.
She also scored the ribbon for pony club mount 15-17 years.
Jorja Power’s campaign started well when she combined with fellow New England Girls’ School student Anna Jarvis to win the 13 to 17 years pairs category.
The youngest Zone 13 rider Amber Britten was a standout in the show ring.
She won pleasure hack under 12 hands high and also claimed fifth place for show hunter pony under 12.2hands high.
