Lunchtime gave delegates a much-needed break from robust discussion about everything from what to do about the feral cat population to water thieves in the Murray Darling Basin catchment.
School uniforms also took centre stage, with debate about gender neutral clothes broaching shorts and pants for girls.
Deer were declared a pest in the eyes of the organisation, and debate about plastic bags and whose responsibility it was to reduce their use ended with it being everyone’s role, from retailers to government.
A gala dinner is planned for tonight.
