First up was the annual Father’s Day breakfast at 8 am, and the outdoor covered area was filled with men and their families consuming egg and bacon rolls.
Next up was grandparents morning and the classrooms were opened up for grandparents to join the children and look at the work they had been doing this year in school.
All this was enjoyed by the students as they romped around in their fancy dress costumes in preparation for the finale of the morning – the 2018 Book Week parade.
Prizes for participation in the parade and effort in the P&F Readathon were handed out before everyone enjoyed morning tea.
Now the reading and preparing for next year’s event begin……
