The John Oxley bicentenary celebrations will be held in Walcha this weekend  and to kick things off on Saturday there will be a Mystery Ride, with motorcycles and cars all welcome.

A Show & Shine motorcycle display will be followed by aprés-ride celebrations and live music at the Walcha Royal Café.

The school competition winners will be on display at the Walcha Library. There will be guided tours of Apsley Falls and Gorge by National Parks and the Dunghutti people, where you will learn about Dreamtime stories, site significance, National Parks’ role and John Oxley’s discovery.
