Last Sunday six artists arrived from across NSW, and on Monday they started work.
Visitors are welcome to come and take a look while the works are being created, and a final showing and barbecue will be held for everyone at the Walcha Showground this Saturday.
The event will add four new timber sculptures to the Outdoor Gallery along the Apsley River near Semphill Park. The artists were taken on a tour of the Outdoor Gallery area and each has selected the best site for their work to be placed.
On Tuesday night a dinner was held in the Walcha Sports Club for more than 80 people, and each artist spoke about their work and inspiration.
Visitors are welcome to come and take a look while the works are created, and a final showing and barbecue will be held for everyone at the Walcha Showground on Saturday from 12pm.
