The Jillaroos dominated Bingara from the start with winger Jordy Hoy slicing through the defence in the opening minutes to score under the posts.
The rout continued with the Jillaroos finishing 30-12 winners.
The men's match brought together two sides on the rise.
The Roos rocketed out to an early lead and held a 16-4 advantage at the break.
A poor second-half by the home side saw the Bullets peg the scoreline back to 16-14.
The Roos clung on to take the win but captain Steve Eveleigh said they weren't thrilled with their efforts late in the game.
"In the first-half I think our ball control and discipline were key to get our lead but we became complacent and stopped finishing off sets and played into their hands a bit," he said.
"The heat played a big part for both sides, I thought, with a lot of drop ball and lazy penalties in the second-half.
"It really could have went either way at the end.
"Our decision making was very poor at times and we lacked continuity in our back line.
"The team as a whole is feeling good and will take the two points but we are pretty disappointed in our performance.
"We know we need to keep working hard and improving each time we take the paddock."
