"It's hard to believe but despite how young we all feel the Walcha Rugby Club is 125 years old this year," said event committee member Jessica Upton. "To celebrate this momentous occasion the club are hosting a Black Tie Ball. We are calling all players- past and present. Supporters near and far, and can van enthusiasts. "
Ms Upton said friends and family of Rams members were invited to join in the celebrations of one of the oldest surviving rugby clubs outside of Sydney.

"Catering will be by the exquisite Pronto," she said.
"Dancing and music is courtesy of 'Contingency Plan' and there will be a surprise special guest speaker that only two people in Walcha know about. "
Past and present players will be among those in the transformed Walcha Multi Purpose Centre for the event.
"Raffle prizes that include: a week at Yamba; a pearl necklace; and a voucher for the Walcha Gallery of Art are just some of the many tantalising features of the night," Ms Upton said.
"Dust off the glad rags and polish the boots, it is not a night to be missed."
