The games are run by members of the local Anglican and Presbyterian congregations as well as 16 people from churches in Sydney. Many of whom have been coming to Walcha for years with their own families for these school holidays to help run the event.
The theme this year was 'Super Impossible Promises' inspired by Super Mario.
Students from kindergarten through to Year 4 went to the Anglican Church Hall in South Street and spent the morning participating in games, drama, songs, morning tea and teaching time.
Students in Year 5 to Year 9 took part in the 'Reality Games' program which involved tyre races, human caterpillar races, weaving, woodwork, painting, leatherwork and beading.
Families and friends joined the children at a free dinner and trivia night on Wednesday and Thursday's farewell lunchtime barbecue.
