"There will be old favourites and new attractions," said organiser Karen Barnes.
"The spectacle of the colour run, alongside new attractions including a mechanical bull, a giant inflatable zorb ball ring, bubble lady and a community touch footy game with retired rugby league legend Preston Campbell are all part of the program for this year's Walcha Central's Festival Friday."
The colour run along the Apsley River will start at 4pm, and then the festival will culminate on the grassed area at the Angle St school entrance from 4:30 pm onwards.
"Grab a bite to eat from one of the many food stalls, enjoy a coffee or cold drink with your friends and join the kids in one the many games," Mrs Barnes said. "At 6 pm, Preston Campbell will be interviewed on stage, and then he will play alongside Walcha's own in a community touch football game."
Walcha Rotary, CWA, Quota, Community Hub and Preschool are all involved in this free festival for all of the community.
If you are interested in playing in the community touch footy game, contact Ben Ussher at Walcha Central School.
