The association is welcoming junior players from all sports to come and trial, or participate to learn new skills.
"The Committee and Management Teams would love to welcome as many enthusiastic young players as are able to train and we look forward to sharing this great experience with you all," they said on their Facebook page.
"Please note that if you have played another sport in the past you are more than welcome to attend these sessions as we aim to develop your skills which we hope can assist you across other sports.
"Parents who would like to support this great rugby experience are encouraged to contact us at your convenience."
There will be teams for the under-12, under-13 and under-14 boys' championships in Nelson Bay on May 2 to 3, under-15 and under-16 boys' championships on May 16 to 17 in Armidale, under-16 and under-18 girls for their Country Championships in Kiama on May 9 and 10.
