There will also be music performed by local banjo man - Howard and a variety of stalls says Walcha Farmers Market secretary Lisa Kirton.
"Stalls include delicious pastries, espresso coffee, Rotary's bacon and egg rolls, homemade lemonade, smoked trout, goats' cheeses, handmade goats milk soaps and creams, plants, condiments, Indian food, wood turned items and more," she said.
"As always, don't forget to bring along your home-made condiments, baking, fresh produce, plants, eggs and so on to the Community Stall and we can sell them on your behalf."
Previously only food producers and vendors were allowed to set up stalls at the markets, but Mrs Kirton said the market guidelines have been amended and now also allow makers and creators.
"Please get in touch if you are interested in having a stall," she said.
The Walcha Farmers' Market is held on the third Saturday of the month (except during the winter months) from 8.30am to 12.30pm in McHattan Park, Walcha.
