Mount Yarrowyck Nature Reserve, Mother of Ducks Nature Reserve and parts of Oxley Wild Rivers National Park will re-open this weekend.
"We are seeing good signs of recovery throughout the region due to some rain, which has also aided firefighting efforts," National Parks and Wildlife Service's Aaron Simmon said.
Mr Simmon said those areas had not been burnt and posed no danger.
However, many parts of Oxley Wild Rivers had been affected and would remain closed until it was deemed safe for people to return.
"We are all hopeful that our wonderful waterfalls and rivers will run again soon for all to enjoy," he said.
"In the coming weeks and months, we will continue to review park closures and visitor safety."
