Jason Lincoln and Sam Ditchfield, return to junior rugby union and take on the coaching coordinators role for the entire New England program.
Their experience includes coaching senior teams to championships here in the New England with St Albert's and Robb College respectively, along with successful stints at Senior Country champs and differing State teams.
"To have such experienced coaches come back to the Junior program and re-design /re develop it, is very exciting for all the children who will be lucky enough to be involved," New England Junior Rugby Union president Simon Stuart said.
They will also be joined by Fraser Ashman, a highly qualified coach from Scottish International Rugby, who will be the strength and conditioning coach and lead the girls program in conjunction with Jason and Sam.
"Fraser is probably the highest level coach outside of Sydney, and to have him involved with our program and working with Jason and Sam is fantastic.
"All children will strongly benefit from this and will learn a lot from it."
New England will have one of the most experienced coaching team across the state and we are looking forward to the challenge.
