Walking Tamworth Trekkers
When: Tuesday, May 7 @ 7.30am
Where: White Street
The Cardiovascular Working Group with the Heart Foundation Walking Tamworth Trekkers invite the Tamworth community to join the Heart Week Walk on Tuesday, May 7. The walk starts with a river walk through Bicentennial Park, and will be followed by light refreshments, blood pressure checks and a demonstration of a defibrillator machine.
Meet at the bottom of White Street adjacent to Bicentennial Park.

Free exhibitions: For people wishing to improve health and lifestyle, free exhibitions of Tai Chi are being offered each Saturday at Tamworth's Bicentennial Park, commencing at 10am. Leading Tai Chi teacher Brian Gregson will demonstrate how the skills can improve health and well being and invites people of all ages to participate.
