"About forty people came along to the Tennis Club to catch up with friends and through their generosity we made $3,300," Mrs Hoy said.
This is the 21st year Mrs Hoy has run the event to help find a cure for cancer and provide support services for those who need them. In total she has raised nearly $30,000.
"I would like to thank all the cooks and helpers because without them the day would not be possible," Mrs Hoy said.
"It was another wonderfully successful morning."
According to the Cancer Council website 1 in 2 Australians are diagnosed with cancer before the age of 85. The organisation says the Australia's Biggest Morning Tea campaign is the easiest way to bring people together to raise funds that will make a big difference to those impacted by cancer.
