The scholarship is worth $29,000 and provides Samuel with a teaching position upon completion of study in a rural area of NSW.
Samuel will be studying at the University of New England and living on campus at the Earle Page College.
Samuel completed his high school education at Walcha Central and is grateful for the support and guidance shown to him by the dedicated teaching and support staff.
With their encouragement and direction he was successful in gaining acceptance for Bachelors in Engineering, Pharmacy and Science.
When the offer of a teaching scholarship was offered the decision was easy as to his choice of future career.
